What documents do I need to open a PaySaxas account?
When applying for an account online, please ensure that you upload the following documents:
a) Copies of the passport(s) of the directors and shareholders (valid for more than 6 months)
b) Proofs of address of all directors and shareholders (not older than 3 months old)
c) Copies of your incorporation documentation

How can I close my account ?
You can contact your account manager and send them a request to close your account. Closing the account will take a few working days, after which you will be sent an official letter about the account closing
