Can I set up multiple users or roles for my business account?
You can only have one user per account. Only authorized users can have access to the account.
Please remember, it's important to keep your account access details secure to prevent unauthorized access to your business account.

Can I open a personal account with PaySaxas?
PaySaxas only offers Business Accounts at this time, and cannot provide accounts to individuals for personal use. Our accounts are strictly for the purpose of business transactions.
How can I close my account ?
You can contact your account manager and send them a request to close your account. Closing the account will take a few working days, after which you will be sent an official letter about the account closing
