How can I get in touch with my account manager/customer support?
You can contact us by email, the chat in the website, or if you already have an account via Telegram/WhatsApp with your account manager. You can also contact us by phone.
The channel of communication with your account manager can be arranged if you do not wish to use email/Telegram.

Which currencies are supported by my business account?
All major currencies are supported for sending, receiving and exchange, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY as well as USDC. For any additional spicific currencies please ask your account manager / support officer.
How can I close my account ?
You can contact your account manager and send them a request to close your account. Closing the account will take a few working days, after which you will be sent an official letter about the account closing
