Why is my transaction pending?
When a payment is marked as “pending” it means that the payment process still needs to be completed. In most cases, this simply means that you need to wait for this to happen. In general, it can take up to three business days for a pending transaction to clear.
If you see a 🕐 pending payment:
- The funds will remain on hold until the transaction is either completed (merchant collects the funds) or cancelled (the funds are returned to you).
- If a Client informed you they cancelled a transaction, it may remain pending for some days, once fully processed, your money will be released to you.
