Why was my application unsuccessful or rejected?
Unfortunately, there are some instances where PaySaxas is unable to proceed with an application for an account. We may not be able to proceed with an application due to business location, restrictions and regulations imposed upon us by our various partners around the world. Please note, due to regulations, we are unable to share specific details about our onboarding decisions, including why an application was unsuccessful or rejected. We are also unable to reopen or appeal applications once a decision has been reached.
