Link is expired

In this section, we will describe a potential error during the registration process. It is possible that at the stage when you click on the password setting link from the e-mail when registering, you may get a “Link is expired” error. Please see the screenshot below. 



It means that the link you clicked is an old stale link and is no longer valid. But don't worry about it. Clearing browser cookies helps in this case. 



If you are copying a link to paste into your browser, make sure you copy the ENTIRE LINK. Otherwise, if even one character is missing, you will get the same error.


Please follow the instructions for clearing cookies depending on your browser. 

  • APPLE SAFARI

  1. Open Safari.




  1. Go to Safari > Settings.




  1. On the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data.



  1. Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.



  1. Click Done to confirm.


  • GOOGLE CHROME

  1. Open Google Chrome.



  1. In the upper right corner, click the More button ⋮, then go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.



  1. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear.



  1. Check Cookies and other site data and cached images and files, then click Clear data.


  • Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.



  1. At the upper right, click the Menu button ☰, then select Settings.



  1. Choose Privacy & Security, scroll to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data.



  1. Check Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear.



  1. Click Clear Now to proceed.
